One of the most valuable (and fun!) parts of our Rouen Summer Program is the weekend day-trips to all of the most celebrated and “lesser known” cultural sites around France! While we will extensively explore the nations capital, Paris “The City of Lights” throughout the last few days of the program when we stay there, this program allows you to explore other, smaller and less crowded cities throughout France each weekend. From the hilly streets of Chartres, the lavish palace and gardens in Versailles, and to the quiet charm of Caen and Bayeux, you and your new friends will be able to explore some of the legendary sites that make France one of the most desirable places to visit for centuries.
